You can now generate invoices for your customers directly from HBook reservation list. In a single click, open the invoice to be printed out for your customer: a clear presentation of the full price breakdown inclunding accommodation price details, extras, fees and taxes, discount...
In the same way, you can create any document templates useful for your business and they will autofill with the reservation and customer details. With this main addition to HBook, this is another functionality that makes HBook a very complete tool to ease your workload.
The reservation is edited, the price is updated!
For this new version, we have done a huge in-depth work not only to unify HBook code but as well to bring prices calculation to the next level. Great work has been done to make your management tasks always easier. A customer extends his stay, ask for a different accommodation or wish to add guests to the reservation? HBook will automatically update the price and the invoice. How handy is that!
Preparation time, tax included in prices, email attachments...
Not wishing to rent your property the same day a customer check-out? We have added to this version the possiblity to set a "Preparation time". Having a complex tax structure? We have improved various aspects of the fee set up and you now can set a tax that is already included in the prices set, typically needed for IVA included prices.
