What's new in version 2.0 of HBook?

We have worked very hard to offer an incredible HBook v2, which bring our online booking system to the next level. We are really proud of the result as it widens the possibilities that HBook offers! What can you expect to find in version 2.0 of HBook?

Book multiple accommodation in a single reservation

Your customers can now book several accommodation at a time. This sounds like a rather simple and straightforward statement but what is behind is powerful and flexible! Optional "Number of accommodation" field in the search form, suggestion of multiple accommodation when no result can match the search criteria, possibility to exclude accommodation types from multiple booking, extra-services/fees for the booking or per accommodation booked, specific invoices and email templates, etc.

Scheduled emails, emails according to reservation/payment status and email logs

We know that email communication is an important point at any stage of a stay, be it at the time of the booking or once your customers have checked-out and are back home. With this new release, not only can you create scheduled emails but you can as well view the logs of the emails sent. Have a welcome email with useful information sent out a few days before their arrival, remind your guests of the remaining balance, check with them what they thought of their stay, etc. All this can be done automatically with HBook!

Seasons can now have a priority status

This is the kind of improvement that gives more flexibility to HBook, which means saving you time when you create or update your seasons. You decide which seasons have priority over the others. You set which season is your default season, the one that HBook should fall back to when the dates do not belong to any other season. It makes it way easier to create and manage your seasons!

A handpick selection of these additions : set a custom pattern for the invoice number, offer deposit payment option only when check-in date is greater than "x" days from today - else ask for full payment, bulk actions in the reservations list...
