What pricing and payment scenarios can be catered for?

HBook is highly flexible and provides many options to tailor the booking system to your needs. Here is a non-exhaustive list of possible uses.

Booking system

• Use HBook to receive inquiries or as a booking request system where reservation needs to be confirmed
• Use HBook with automated confirmation of the reservation
• Search form: check-in and check-out fields are mandatory. You can enable/disable the fields "Adults" and "Children"

Payments

• No payments : you can disable the payments and manage this differently (ex: guests pay on arrival, by checks...)
• Bank transfer : you can add a message to provide information as bank details, delay for payment, etc...
• Payment of a deposit (percentage, number of nights, fixed amount)
• Payment of the full amount
• Possiblity to enable various payment types
• Possibility to enable various payment gateways
• Possibility to hide prices on front-end
• Possibility to set a "Security bond" : security deposit can be displayed for information only, adde to the total price, paid online/offline

Pricing

• Accommodation rates can be per person per night
• Accommodation rates can be per accommodation (whatever the number of guests is)
• Accommodation rates can have a base rate for "x" persons and a fee for additional persons
• Prices can be set differently for children or adults
• Prices can be seasonal
• Prices can be different according to accommodation type
• Prices can be different depending on the length of stay
• Weekday and week-end nightly rates
