Can I use HBook for other rentals or business that are not the hospitality industry?

Is it possible to use HBook for pet boarding, carpark booking, boat trips, ship reservations,...?

We have clients who use HBook for other business than hospitality. It can be parking space rentals, cats and dogs kennels, storage box rentals, etc. As any text displayed by HBook can be customized, it is not an issue to adapt the front-end to your business. What is important is to check if the way HBook booking system works can suit your needs.

A couple of notes to take into account:

• HBook works per night basis so there need to be at least one night between start date (check-in) and end date(check-out).
• HBook works per accommodation (a room, an apartment, a property, a car space, a storage box,...). It is not suitable for beds in a room (as for hostels for example) or for seats in a compartment for example. As you have 2 entities to take into account: the accommodation itself (dormitory, compartment...) and the beds/seats of this accommodation that can be individually sold.
• HBook does not allow to include check-in time and check-out time as a search criteria. It can be asked to your customers as part of the booking details information but it can not be a parameter of the search.
