Can I use Gutenberg editor? Can I use blocks instead of shortcodes? Can I use the Classic editor?

HBook plugin

HBook is fully compatible with WordPress 5.x and above. You can use Gutenberg Block Editor or the Classic Editor. Both will work perfectly. You will find blocks to display booking form, availability calendars, rate tables or list of accommodation. And you can as well work with shortcodes, if you prefer. You will find in our documentation examples with Gutenberg Editor and with Shortcodes :

Lavilla and Adomus themes

Our themes are compatible with WordPress 5.x and above, all good. However, Adomus/Lavilla themes do not use the Gutenberg blocks, as you build your pages with our Sections, that we have designed specifically for our themes.

As for Widgets, our themes currently require that you use "Classic Widgets" plugin, that can be found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/
